Philip Brady, a key figure behind Jarrz Bar, is also the head of PourMyBeer in Europe, a revolutionary self-serve drinks technology company with hundreds of locations worldwide. PourMyBeer has transformed the way patrons enjoy their drinks, allowing them to pour their beverages directly from the tap, ensuring freshness and reducing wait times. Philip’s expertise in this innovative technology has brought a unique and modern touch to Jarrz Bar, setting it apart from other establishments in Ireland.
Suzanne Brady, Philip’s wife, brought a wealth of experience from her years in IT sales before joining her husband to open Jarrz Bar in 2019. Suzanne’s business acumen and customer-centric approach have been instrumental in creating the welcoming and efficient environment that patrons love. Her decision to leave the corporate world and venture into the hospitality industry was driven by a desire to create a community hub where people could come together to enjoy great drinks, delicious food, and memorable experiences.
Their daughter, Robyn, contributes to the family business with her expertise in the performing arts and graphic design in marketing. With a background in these fields, Robyn brings a creative flair to Jarrz Bar, managing the website and social media pages with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. She also hosts a variety of popular events at the bar, including karaoke nights, pub quizzes, and music bingo, which have become staple attractions for the local community.
Alexandra Brady, another integral member of the family, graduated top of her class at the European Bartending School in Barcelona. Her exceptional bartending skills and deep knowledge of mixology have elevated the drink offerings at Jarrz Bar. Alexandra’s creativity and precision in crafting cocktails ensure that every drink served is a masterpiece, contributing to the bar’s reputation for high-quality beverages.
Joe Brady, the son of Philip and Suzanne, works diligently behind the bar, providing friendly and efficient service that keeps patrons coming back. His commitment to maintaining the high standards of Jarrz Bar is evident in his interactions with customers and his dedication to the family business. (He unfortunately doesn’t pose for photos, so you’ll have to use you imagination here)
The eldest daughter, Rachel Brady, is an IP attorney who handles all of Jarrz Bar’s legal trademark work. Her expertise ensures that the business is protected and compliant with all necessary regulations, allowing Philip and Suzanne to focus on delivering exceptional experiences to their customers.
And let’s not forget Teddy, our beloved family dog, who, if your lucky, may be spotted in the pub on a quiet day. He’s very friendly, and loves a rub. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to teach him how to pour a pint… yet.
